Letter of Introduction

My name is Todd Everly, the Vice President of LTI and Manager of the Shell Division.

Formally of Double A Industries Shell Contractors for the 24 years as Senior Contracts / Projects Manager. 

Since March of 2012, I have been on board with LTI Development Company INC that has been doing business in Florida from the same location and under the same name for more than 25 years. We are a mid-sized construction company specializing in interior build-outs, primarily for the restaurant industry and commercial tenants. Now with a full-service shell division, we provide labor, material, and equipment for slabs, masonry, tie beams, roofs, and specialty heavy timber work. 

Over the past 28 years as a Shell Contractor, my focus has remained the same — to deliver quality and service at a competitive price.

Even though I have always surrounded myself with the best in the industry, we all know that the construction world is difficult even on a good day. Therefore, I believe our level of resources, accompanied by our commitment to do whatever it takes, gives us a competitive advantage. Some examples include:
